ARCH PAIN & SORE ARCHES

Sore feet maybe caused by arch pain. Arch pain is a general term that is used to describe several conditions that may cause pain along the length of the arch. The arch of the foot runs from the inside area of the heel to the base of the big toe, second and third toe joints.

Arch pain may occur in people with lower, normal or high arched feet.

The arch of the foot is crucial for supporting the alignment of the foot, ankle, legs and the rest of the body when standing, walking, running or jumping. The arch of the foot also acts like a spring as it provides the body with stability and shock absorption. text
